I love it and pèrfecr

I do love this sweater!

I gave one star due to the fact that I did not receive the sweatshirt I ordered and it's been 5 days since I sent an email with no response. Please let me know how to proceed. Shall I process a refund at this point, and will you please send me the sweatshirt I did order. Order #142950. Thank you.

I love this sweatshirt! ❤️ The shirt is true bright RED (just what I wanted) and was true to size - fits me perfectly. It didn’t shrink or fade after being washed in warm water. It is made out of very soft fleece but, unlike some distributors, doesn’t put “fuzz” all over other clothes when it’s washed for the first time. I’d highly recommend it!
