We charge a flat, discounted shipping fee of $3.95 for all domestic orders under $50. Orders over $50 ship for free!
Timeline
We process most orders within 2 to 5 business days. Once your order has been processed, we will ship your order according to your chosen shipping method and email you a USPS tracking number. At that point, Standard Shipping orders should arrive within about 5 business days and Priority Shipping orders should arrive within about 3 business days.
We are sometimes able to expedite the processing timeline, upon request. And we do this by default prior to major holidays. Please contact us right away if your order is time sensitive
Exchanges
It’s perfect - just the wrong size? Contact us within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date, and we will issue you a prepaid return shipping label. In the meantime, place an all new order for the correct size! When we receive your unworn/unwashed exchange, we will issue you a refund and even waive the restocking fee. Shipping costs of $3.95 are non-refundable.
Returns
Can’t find anything quite right? Contact us within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date, and we will issue you a prepaid return shipping label. When we receive your unworn/unwashed exchange, we will issue you a refund minus a $5 restocking fee. Shipping costs of $3.95 are non-refundable.
Please note:
- All exchanges and returns must arrive in the original, unworn/unwashed condition. We reserve the right to deny exchanges and returns that have been worn, washed, smell of smoke or perfume, have pet hair, etc.
- All exchanges and returns must be scanned within 7 days of label creation.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us along with a picture of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist you with your inquiry.
Shipping Error
We process all orders by hand so mistakes do happen on occasion. If you receive an incorrect itme, please contact us along with a picture of the incorrect item within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we will issue you a prepaid return shipping label. At that point, to get the corrected item out to you as soon as possible, you can place an all new order for the correct item. When we receive the incorrect item, we will issue you a full refund.
Cancellations / Modifications
If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to intercept the order before it is shipped, however, we do not guarantee we will be able to do so.
Final Sale Items
Final sale items are ineligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. The following products are considered final sale: Canvas Art, Mystery Bundles, Mystery Shirts, wooden crosses, wholesale orders, clearance sale items, free items, bonus items discounted 50% or more.
1. I got the wrong item. How can I get my correct order?

2. I received a defective or damaged product. What do I do?

3. I ordered the correct size but it's too small/large. Can I return it and exchange it to a different size?

4. I made a mistake while placing the order. Can I still correct it?
If you would like to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to edit your order (shipping address, product, size) before it is shipped, but the sooner our team is contacted the more likely we can successfully make the change.
5. What's the estimated time of arrival on my order?
We can only provide a concrete estimate once your order has finished processing and been transferred to the shipping carrier. Our current processing time is about 2 to 5 business days, and the shipping process takes about 2 to 5 more business days depending on your chosen shipping method. Delays may occur during periods of increased demand.
6. I received the shipping notification but I still haven't received my order.
Please contact the shipping company's local office to check on your order. The tracking number is included in the shipping notification that is sent via email and/or text.
